What a nice office. Karen and Veronica were so helpful and Sarah did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Chen really cares about her patients. Overall it was a really good experience.

I had a dental emergency and they were overly accommodating. I couldn't get in to my dentist and they went above and beyond to help me. Worked with me and my insurance and made sure I understood their treatment plan. I couldn't be more greatful for their professional and honestly kind approach with me. For I was in a lot of pain and they made sure I was taken care of.

The clinic looks very nice, is well maintained, and has great decor, but my overall experience was extremely disappointing. I was asked to fill out around 15 different forms and provide sensitive information such as my SSN and driver's license, even though I had already shared my insurance details. I was then charged $200 without receiving any treatment. They also took photographs of me using what appeared to be a DSLR camera, and it was never clearly explained why those photos were necessary. More concerning, I was given an incorrect diagnosis and was advised to undergo treatments that were not actually necessary. After consulting with two other doctors, both confirmed that the recommended treatments were not needed. While the facility itself is impressive, the patient experience, diagnosis, transparency, and billing practices left a lot to be desired.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chen! She did a fantastic job with my overall dental work and my wisdom tooth extraction. Throughout the entire process, she provided excellent care and clear guidance, which made me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend her and am looking forward to keeping her as my primary dentist going forward!

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I was not informed about the cost of the X-ray beforehand, and it was done without clearly asking for my consent. Later, I received a bill of $185, which came as a complete surprise. Transparency around charges is extremely important, and this was lacking. Additionally, during my filling procedure, the experience was quite uncomfortable. Instead of making me feel at ease, I felt rushed and unnecessarily anxious due to the way things were communicated. It seemed like the focus was more on finishing quickly rather than ensuring patient comfort. Overall, I did not feel well-informed or cared for, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
